1st ever bike!

Post  Homer on Tue May 13, 2008 12:49 pm

Hey folks! I'm Ross and im from Aberdeen. Im brand new to the motorbiking scene so please forgive me as I know very little and may ask lots of stupid questions haha. Got my 1st ever set of wheels a couple months back after waiting till I was 21 and then doing the DAS. I have a GSF600s, and I like it Very Happy I hope to expand my knowledge here as I know very little haha.

Cheers!

It feels quite a lot heavier than the 600, but I guess I will get used to this after a wee while. Also I presume that it is only supposed to have 5 gears rather than the 6 on the 600, either that or I've lost a gear somewhere haha.

5 speeds

Post  sherman on Sun Jul 26, 2009 8:47 pm

Hi Homer,

No you haven't lost a gear, original bandit 1200s only had a 5 speeder due to their torque and low reving engines.

Take care and enjoy it mate!
