I got a moped apparently haha, guess its just number of posts.... although is a moped actually any better than a scooter?

Everyone starts on foot and then works their way up the bike ladder so to speak.

Will be doing our last rally of the year this w/e. Very to be going to the rally but very it's the last. It's local, just 11 miles away, near Devizes. Cheers Dave!! Meant to be heavy rain later , but that's never stopped me enjoying a Rally yet!! I'll let you into a little secret- at 7.15 this morning my Instructor is calling for me and we're riding down to Bristol for me to take my Module 1 , not got a hope in hell of passing it though!! If you've read the rest of my inane ramblings you'll know why. Since coming off my Bike doing Cones i now suffer from severe cone phobia (conitis maybe??) . Anyway it will be good experience and it will be good to have a ride to Bristol and back, another of his pupils is taking his too, so we'll stop on the way back for a cuppa and a Sticky Bun and treat it as just a Rideout with no pressure - yeah right !! Speak soon Jinxx

Failed, which was expected!! I hit a cone with my Exhaust! Managed to get the speed for the Hazard Avoidance though which i was quite pleased about. It was great to give it a try and have rebooked it for the 23rd. Just back from the Moonies Rally-it was so much fun and the weather loads better than expected. Now, apart from doing the Ponies, i am planning a really lazy day!! Hi big ned, don't think we've spoken before? Jin xx

Cheers, I certainly hope so. Now the evenings are darker, it's hard to get the practise in.My Instructors offroad site is a private Carpark and it's got lights controlled by sensors, so everytime it gets too dark to see the Cones I have to ride up to the far end to switch the lights on again !! We will probably go for a couple of Road Rides this week though. Quite a few Bandits at the rally this w/e .Jin xx

Yep, looks like i've missed this Summer, Had to scrape Ice off the Car Windscreen for the first time this morning when I went to feed the Ponies at 6. Not at all down about the test, at least i know what to expect next time. The examiner was very efficient, but also very nice, making sure I understood exactly what I had to do and said I could ask as many questions as i wanted. He also asked if i minded a Trainee Examiner being there as well-which was fine with me. Jin xx

The Test had to be postponed , it turns out i also needed a Regulator Rectifier!!Rebooked it for next Friday, but have to change it again as my Instructor isn't free to come to Bristol with me that day! I'll rebook it again later, i must admit right now it feels like i'll never be a fully fledged Biker . Very frustrating, walking past the Bike to get to the Car every day.Bloody Hell, i'll stop moaning now and regain my !! Hope all you guys are well. Jin xx
