Posting a picture
First of all you will need to host your picture if the file size is large it will take time to be uploaded to the server. Then best thing to do is to reduce you picture I use Microsoft digital image to resize mine but you can use Outlook express just as well.
Just click on the Button shown below.

Find the file you want to display using the browse button to search your picture and then press Host It


A new window will open and all you have to do is click the copy button next to the Image URL button or Highlight the text and press Ctrl and then C


I always highlight the text and press Ctrl and then C as i prefer it that way.
Now we need to press the image button

A new window opens up

We now need to paste our text into that window by using the right mouse button and paste option or by using Ctrl and then V ( easiest way for me..lol)

Then Just press OK and the image should be displayed.
