P in the Park 2009

Hi folks,

Just back from weekend away to bike rally (2nd year running) with my father at Lesmahagow, just outside Glasgow.

I know it's not really that far (23 miles), but means we can head down Friday after work and make it back quick enough that it's not a slog!

Ran by a club called Talismans MCC, a fairly small affair, but good bands Friday and Saturday nights and cheap bar and cafe as it's based at Europa Truck Stop just off the M74 that some of you may be familiar with.

Got a flyer for another rally which is run by another club in September in Cumbria somewhere and possibly go to that too due to nearness to borders.
