Brush Guards/ Wind deflectors

Post  mwrmoore on Fri Nov 06, 2009 1:40 pm

Hi Folks

I know it might be a little.... odd but i wanna fit some brush guards or similar to the 600 to try and keep that parky wind of my suffering pinkies. Anyone done this and if so what did you use? I'm not sure i can bear to go down the full handlebar muff route just now and haven't been convinced by heated grips - any info gratefully recieved

thanks
Matt

www.banditmania.co.uk Yes m8. Bandit mania supplied them. Needed a bit of filing to custom fit (on a 1200) but do the job. There are some pics on the site somewhere. I think they're on the "number6's rebuild " thread.

Search "number6's rebuild". The pics are at the end of the thread. The guards do cut down on wind chill.
