Lock up clutch for an 97 bandit 600.

can you get one? iv got a new clutch in and heavy springs and it still slips. its not the cable and it ony does it when cold (ISH), ie the first 20 or so miles. its tuned and now a 750 so i think im just putting too much power through it.. help?

a stock suzuki clutch will take up to 120 BHP + so it wont be that unless you have gone for another make. or you have got the clutch release assembly set up wrong forcing the plates slightly apart. i went through 2 sets of EBC and one barnetts until i realised the error of my mistake..LOL

the original bandit clutch blew spectacularly, all the friction plates got glazed and the separator plates turned blue @ about 150mph... meaning it just hit the limiter and slowed down. so i fitted the gsxr clutch to it and some heavy ebc springs, and it went again, though this one is much better. it only slips when cold and then only above 8k. i know its together correctly.

spoke to a mate of mine today and he says not to fit a lock up clutch as it makes the bike unuseable in town.
