Seat Alteration Help Please !!!

Post  Livewiref9 on Mon Jun 29, 2009 10:33 pm

My first Bandit was an '04 model, one of the last 600S's before the 650 came in with the height adjustable seat. This meant I had to have the seat altered, now, I sent it away to a chap I think was called Tony somewhere "up North". I remember he was well recommended by the BOC at the time and he did a good job with a quick turn around. Does anyone know if he is still about or can recommend an alternative.
Cheers

Dont know matey, do it yourself if you have a decent staple gun the Foam is easy to Gut with a bread Knife. Theres a chap in Newark that does seat alterations for custom bikes but as he's a long way from you so it's not worth the hassle as he would want to talk to you to get the seat perfect. have you searched Google for lowered seats??

Oh and welcome to the forum
